About The Band
Oxfordshire 4-piece powerhouse specialising in energetic, offbeat covers and party anthems (1980s-2020s). The band are excited to bring an eclectic set celebrating the best of Noughties Indie, 90’s Britpop, and 80’s Synthpop which is also sprinkled with carefully chosen 2020s hits and original songs.
Originally founded in 2019 as a solo project by multi-instrumentalist Joe Bruce – releasing a 2023 debut EP ‘Cosmic Room’, but in 2024 transformed by joining forces with industrious, versatile bassist Grant Batchelor and prolific YouTuber and award-winning guitarist David Alcázar. The band was later augmented by powerhouse drummer Jason Bruce Carter, and have since amassed a strong following through relentless gigging in Oxfordshire and around. Alongside the renowned local festival shows the band is becoming known for (so far gracing the stage at Banbury Music Mix, Bodicote Bash, Woodford Halse Festival, and a first ever headline appearance at Hook Norton Beer Festival), they also appear as regular live mainstays at Banbury’s Wine Vaults, Chipping Norton’s Kings Arms, Green Room Studios & Fat Lil’s in Witney.
